BedFerret was set up in 2016 by a group of festival and event goers who were frustrated with trying to find accommodation which matched their needs.
The good thing was that there was plenty of options to choose from, the difficult task finding out what each one offered and for how much. Pre-pitched tents, yurts, tipis and high-end glamping – what did each option offer and which was best?
So BedFerret was created, the first dedicated resource to choosing accommodation for a festival or event.
Based on a simple search (which festival and how many people) the listing can then be refined for attributes such as ‘is bedding provided?’, ‘is there secure storage?’, ‘will there be electrical power?’, and also filtered according to price.
Our overall goal here at BedFerret is to make it easier and better for all involved. Easier for the festival goer to find their perfect accommodation, and better for the accommodation provider to find their perfect customer.
