March/April

The Cheltenham Festival 2025

12 to 15th March

The Cheltenham Festival is a four day Racing Meet usually held around St Patricks day, dating back to 1860.  The festival includes ladies Day on the Wednesday and the Cheltenham Gold Cup on the Friday. 

Northern Kin Festival 2025

14th – 16th June

Created in 2018 Northern Kin Festival brings live music to the North East. A perfect festival for those who love Folk, Blues and Rock Music.

TEDDY ROCKS FESTIVAL 2025

3rd  – 5th May

Teddy Rocks is a Music festical raising money for the Charity Teddy20 a children’s cancer charity.

BADMINTON HORSE TRIALS 2025

8th – 12th May

Badminton Horse Trials is one of highlights of the 4* eventing calendar. Top riders from around the world compete in the three disciplines over five days; dressage (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), cross country (Saturday), and show jumping (Sunday). Set in the beautiful Badminton estate there is plenty to see each day and with a huge shopping village, this is an event not to be missed!  

THE INTERNATIONAL NORTH WEST 200 2025

6th – 11th May

The North West 200 is an international motorcycle race along public roads creating a triangle connecting Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine in Northern Ireland.  

Royal Windsor Horse Show

The Royal Windsor Horse Show 2025

1st to 5th May

The Royal Windsor Horse Show takes place each year in the private grounds of Windsor Castle at Windsor Home Park.

Including dressage, showjumping, driving, showing and endurance it is the only UK Horse Event to involve international competition.

Goodwoof 2025

18th to 19th May

Goodwoof is an annual extravaganza for dog lovers.  Set in the Goodwood estate the weekend event is packed full of features including world-class competitions from top canine athletes; wellness workshops; talks from behavioural and veterinary experts, field demonstrations as well and activities for you and your canine friend to try out yourselves.

ShinDig Festival

Shindig Festival 2025

23rd – 26th May

Shindig, the funkiest festival in the West Country, offers a soulful dose of relaxation and revelry to funky warriors and their families.  A glorious mash up of a gig, house party, circus show, comedy night, wellbeing retreat and a kid’s party all in one location in the Dillington Park Estate.

Stone Valley Festival South III 2025

24th – 26th May

Stone Valley Festival features Mod, Ska, Indie, Punk, Northern Soul, Soul, 60’s and more, plus rides, scooters and entertainment.

Elderflower Fields South 2025

24th – 27th May

Elderflower Fields is an award winning family festival set in the heart of the Sussex countryside.  As well as music the festival has activies for all ages – adventure activities in the Urban Woods, sports in the Tumbledown Meadows and discovering creativity  on the Art Trail.

HOW THE LIGHT GETS IN 2025

How the Light Gets In Festival is the world’s largest event combining philosophy and music.  Taking place on the banks of the River Wye it combines the best music acts, funniest comedians, world renown thinkers and amazing performers into one great festival.

ACOUSTIC FESTIVAL OF BRITAIN 2025

31st May – 3rd June

The Acoustic Festival of Britain is a three day festival held at Uttoxetor Race Course offering unplugged and acoustic music covering live folk, rock, blues, guitar, country, bluegrass and a few legends.

WYCHWOOD FESTIVAL 2025

31st May – 2nd June

Wychwood Festival is an annual music festival held at Cheltenham racecourse Gloucestershire featuring mainly indie, folk and world music, and is a regular nominee for Best Family Festival.

As well as music, the three-day event includes workshops, comedy, and a Headphone Disco. The festival is known for its family friendly feel, the wide range of music on offer, plus a wide range of activities including 100 workshops for all ages.

The festival also hosts the Children’s Literature Festival (in association with Waterstones) and also works in partnership with the children’s charity Toybox.

Isle of Man Motorcycle Races 2025

27th May to 8th June

The Iconic Isle of Man motorcycle races run from the 28th May to 11th June for the TT and 21st to 29th August for the Classic, both of which are arguably some of the most important and well know motorcycle races in the calender.

14th – 16th June

Download Festival is a British rock festival, held annually at Donington Park in Leicestershire, England, since 2003. It is the most popular British summer rock and heavy metal festival and has hosted some of the genres’ biggest names.

Le Mans 24 Hours 2025

12th – 16th June

The Le Mans 24 hour is the world’s oldest endurance race in motor sports.  Each year teams race overnight on a circuit designed to test not just speed, but also efficiency and reliability of the cars.

Cartier Queens Cup at Guards Polo Club

The Cartier Queen’s Cup Polo match at Guards Polo Club in Windsor is one of the highlights of high goal polo in England.  First established in 1960 the event has seen both Prince Charles and Prince Phillip take part, and the Queen regulary presents the prized Queen’s Cup to the victors.

Isle of Wight Festival  2025

20th – 23rd June

The Isle of Wight festival is usually the first major music festival in the annual calender, taking place in June.  Widely regarded as “Europe’s Woodstock” it dates back to 1968.  Taking place on the Isle of Wight the festival is just 2 hours from London and welcomes festival goers of all ages and musical tastes.

Glastonbury Music Festival 2025

26th to 30th June

Glastonbury is probably the most well know and popular music festival in the UK.  Taking place in June the festival sells out in minutes to a 200,000 capacity crowd.

Henley Regatta 2025

2nd to 7th July

The Henley Royal Regatta was first estblished in 1839 and gained Royal Patrionage in 1851.  The event is held over 5 days and is a firm fixture in the social calender.

Le Mans Classic 2025

15th to 16th June

The Le Mans Classic throwsback to the early days of the internationally renowed Le Mans 24 hour race.

2000 TREES FESTIVAL 2025

10th – 13th July

The multi-award-winning 2000trees festival is a 3 day extravaganza set in the stunning Cotswold Hills. Formula 1 F1 Silverstone Grand Prix

FORMULA 1 SILVERSTONE 2025

4th – 7th July

Silverstone, the ‘home of British Motorsport’ is one of the four original hosts of the World Championship circuit from 1950.  Watch as the leading teams battle it out for supremacy on the track, and smell, hear and feel the cars as they race past just meters away.

Goodwood Festival of Speed

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025

11th to 14th July

The Festival of Speed celebrates the motorsport in all its forms at the largest motoring garden party in the world.

In addition to the famous hill-climb other events and displays include freestyle motocross, a rally stage and aviation displays.

Wimbledon 2025

1st- 14th July

The Championships, Wimbledon, is the oldest tennis tournament in the world, played at the All England Club since 1877.  One of four on the Grand Slam circuit, it is still played on grass.

RIAT 2025

14th – 16th July

The Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford is one of the the world’s largest military air show. The show takes place over three days with the Friday being a preview day. In addition to air displays and aircraft from around the world, there’s also an activity zone, meet the RAF experience and vintage village.

Cowdray Gold Cup Polo

KING POWER GOLD CUP 2025

The King Power Gold Cup is played to decide the British Open Polo Championship and is a high goal polo championship played in England. The Semi Finals are held on the Wednesday and Finals take place on the Saturday.

BLUEDOT FESTIVAL 2025

2oth – 23rd July

Bluedot is an award-winning weekend of discovery at the grounds of the Jodrell Bank deep space observatory. Set against a backdrop of the iconic Lovell Telescope, bluedot combines a truly stellar line-up of music with a ground-breaking programme of live science experiments, expert talks and immersive artworks.

TRUCK FESTIVAL 2025

21st – 23rd July

Truck Festival, “the Godfather of the small festival scene”, is one of the UK’s longest running and most popular small festivals.  Coming straight out of the idyllic Oxfordshire countryside, the festival treats you to some of the biggest and best emerging artists since 1998! Including previous star-studded guests Biffy Clyro, Foals, Two Door Cinema Club, The XX, Catfish And The Bottlemen, The Libertines and many more. The festival has been shortlisted for “Best Small Festival” by The UK Festival Awards in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, and prides itself on being the “anti major festival” festival, giving their food takings through to the local Rotary Club charity, as well as bringing you the best mix of household names and emerging talent for the best-priced ticket in the country.

LATITUDE FESTIVAL 2025

20th – 23rd July

The Latitude Festival is an annual music festival that takes place in Henham Park, near Southwold, Suffolk, England. It was first held in July 2006. Latitude is said to be more similar to continental European festivals; as well as a comprehensive bill of musicians, bands and artists across four stages – the Obelisk Arena, the BBC Radio 6 Music Stage, the i Arena, and the Lake Stage – the festival comprises elements of theatre, art, comedy, cabaret, poetry, politics, dance and literature.

KENDAL CALLING 2025

27th – 30th July

Kendal Calling was born from a group of music lovers who felt the fabulous fields of the Lake District could be put to better use. When summer came, it was time to take to the fields for a shindig that would grow so big the whole country would hear it calling.

Kendal Calling is the most fun you can have in the countryside with fields full of activities and attractions for everyone, from families to stag parties!  Come and join in a weekend of festivity and escapism in the fresh country air.  This is fun the old fashioned way, great times, great entertainment and great friends all in one place!

SIDMOUTH FRINGE 2025

5th July – 9th August

The Fringe Sessions are a series of intimate evening performances held during the first week of August at ‘McBuzz’s Barn’: a handsome oak-framed building on the edge of the village of Salcombe Regis at Thorn Park, a couple of miles from the coastal town of Sidmouth in east Devon.

The Sessions have been running in their current format since 2012 and showcase some of the best new and emerging artists from across the UK along with some local favourites and occasional international touring artists.

SIDMOUTH FOLK FESTIVAL 2025

4th  – 11th August

A week-long annual folk festival seaside celebration of music, dance and song which has been running since 1955.  Held in Sidmouth, Devon and featuring concerts, ceilidhs, workshops, top bands, late-night dancing, pub sessions and much much more.

Qatar Goodwood Festival 2025

1st – 5th August

With five days of thrilling action set against the magnificent backdrop of the rolling Sussex countryside, Qatar Goodwood Festival – popularly known as Glorious Goodwood – is the sporting and social highlight of the flat-racing season.

EDINBURGH FESTIVAL FRINGE 2025

4th – 28th August

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is the largest single event dedicated to arts and culture in the world.  Set over three weeks the Fringe hosts tens of thousands of performances in over 300 venues covering a wide range of genres from opera to comedy, and from the biggest names in the world to those just starting out on their performing careers.

MOTO GP 2025

4th – 6th August

The British Motorcycle Grand Prix, part of Grand Prix Motorcyle season takes, place over three days at the Silverstone Circuit.

BOARDMASTERS 2025

9th – 13th August

From the first wave to the last beat, Boardmasters brings like-minded souls together for a unique festival experience. With parties that run late into the night, and beautiful beaches on which to recuperate during the day, Boardmasters invite you to become part of thier story…

Fairport’s Cropredy Convention 2025

10th – 12th August

The Cropredy is a music festival organised by the group Fairport which takes place each year in Cropredy, near Banbury. Starting as a farewell gig, then an annual reunion for Fairport, the festival now hosts a capacity of 20,000

BLOODSTOCK OPEN AIR 2025

10th –13th August

A three day full on metal extravaganza held in the grounds of Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire. Boasting the best part of 100 bands across four stages, showcasing the best in metal from UK Underground to top International acts along with comedy, karaoke, a mini fairground, the Serpents Lair VIP bar (a fest within a fest for ale, cider and perry drinkers!) and more all wrapped up within the camaraderie and atmosphere that truly sets Bloodstock apart from the rest!

GREAT DORSET STEAM FAIR 2025

Event will take place in 2026?

The Great Dorset Steam Fair is widely recognised as “The” National Heritage Show for those interested in how people lived, worked and played in bygone years. The spectacle covers an enormous showground, at over 600 acres being one of Europe’s largest outdoor event locations offering a unique blend of nostalgia and entertainment.

SHREWSBURY FOLK FESTIVAL 2023

25th – 28th August

The Shrewsbury Folk Festival is one of the UKs leading folk festivals taking place across 4 days over the August Bank Holiday.

The festival has four music stages, workshops, a craft fair, as well as food and drink.  Everything for the perfect folk weekend.

31st – 3rd September

Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials is one of highlights of the 4* eventing calendar. Top riders from around the world compete in the three disciplines including dressage, cross country, and show jumping. Set on the Burghley estate there’s plenty to do each day including plenty of equestrian shopping. 

END OF THE ROAD FESTIVAL 2023

31st – 3rd September

End of the Road could be described as the festival lover’s festival. Created by Simon Taffe, a music obsessive and festival-goer, the festival remains true to its original dream – to book the bands they love and present them in a way that respects the music and the audience. End of the Road is not about any particular style of music. Rather it evolves depending on what excites the team each year, but great song writing is always valued.
Goodwood Revival

Goodwood Revival 2024

6th – 8th September

The Goodwood Revival is a 3 day festival which celebrates the golden age of 4 and 2 wheel racing from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.  Racing takes place around a classic circuit in the Goodwood estate reliving the glory days of the Goodwood circuit.

The festival is well known for its attendees dressing in period dress.
