WHY CHOOSE THE GOLD CUP?
The Gold Cup is one of the leading polo tournaments in the world. A 22 goal (high goal) tournament played to decide the British Open Polo Championship. With teams from around the world as well as star players, the game is a highlight in the UK calendar combining all the glamour and excitement that is polo.

Woodfire Camping:
- Woodfire Camping is in a very special spot, with stunning views of the South Downs and surrounding countryside.
- The campsite has hot showers, campfires and wood-fired cooking, with pre-erected tents available for hire. The track leading directly off the campsite leads up on to the 90-mile-long South Downs Way, with more fantastic views in all directions, some as far as the sea.
- There are four great local pubs within walking distance, with good food and beer gardens, and ancient market towns, castles, stately homes and sandy beaches all just a short drive away.
- Cowdray Park is about 7 miles from the camp site.
Canvas and Stars at Ridlington Farm:
- The site has 10 beautifully furnished bell tents each with a real double bed, luxury bedding, two single futon beds and two single camping air beds, to suit a family or group of friends. Decor includes tables, fairy lights, bunting, carpeting and a magical dream-catcher.
- Outside there’s your own personal fire pit for marshmallows and relaxation as the adults sip a glass of Canvas and Stars’ special signature drink, Liquid Stardust – a 24k prosecco dusted with rose gold.
- Guests are given a wooden holiday box which contains cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, tumblers, a bottle opener, mini torch and water for their stay.

HOW TO GET THERE
Cowdray Park Polo Club,Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 0AJ.
The Club has two lawns with the Gold Cup being played on the Lawns and River Polo Grounds just outside Midhurst.
By train the nearest train stations are Haslemere on the Waterloo line (10 miles) or Pulborough on the Victoria Line (10 miles).
