The site is situated on the A354 between Blandford and Salisbury in the village of Tarrant Hinton.
Coming from the London area;
Take M3, A303, A343 to Salisbury and A354 to the showground
Coming from the North West;
Take M5, M4, A46, A36 and A350 to Blandford
Coming from Devon and Cornwall
Take A30, A35 and A354 to Blandford
Coming from the Midlands
Take M1, A43, M40, A34, A303, A343 to Salisbury and A354 to the showground
Coming from Southampton/Portsmouth/Sussex
Take M27, A31, A350 and A354 to showground
The nearest station is Salisbury with a direct bus route to the showground
Damory Coach Company provide bus services in and around Dorset and Wiltshire and will be providing buses directly into the Great Dorset Steam Fair site from Salisbury and Blandford.
