If you attend Port Eliot festival you’re welcomed as their guests in the grounds of their Cornish Grade I-listed stately home. Whether it’s swimming in the estuary, picnicking under a 300 year old tree, rocking out at the Park Stage, canoeing on the river, catching an intimate gig in the church, watching a cooking demo in the Big Kitchen or dancing ‘til the wee hours in the Boogie Round – their home is yours for the weekend.

Port Eliot is the historic seat of Lord and Lady St Germans. The family have lived at Port Eliot for hundreds of years, and have accumulated a magnificent collection of exquisite furniture and paintings. But the House is still very much a family home – you’ll be beguiled by the warm atmosphere, roaring log fires, and you might even see the family dog Roo sitting on the furniture.

You’re invited to little corner of Cornwall to celebrate words, music, imagination, ideas, nature, food, fashion, flowers, laughter, exploration, fun and all that is good in the world!

HOW TO GET THERE

If you’re on foot The PEDESTRIAN GATE to the festival is on Church Street (B3249).

By care thn from the A38, take the B3249, which is signposted St Germans. The main gate for the festival will be signposted and parking is available. If you are using sat nav or a web map, the nearest postcode for the main gate is PL12 5BQ.

By train the closest station is St Germans Station, approximately three minutes walk from the PEDESTRIAN GATE which is found on Church Street B3249 and the route is signposted. See Great Western Railway or call 08457 000 125 to book tickets.

A bus service runs from Plymouth to St Germans (route 72). See Plymouth Bus or telephone 01752 662271 for more information.

WHERE TO PARK
The festival has it’s own carpark, please use this and do not park in the village, it blocks access for residents and obstructs access for emergency vehicles. Passes for the carpark are available when you buy your tickets or you can pick one up onsite when you arrive. In general you cannot drive into the camp site, however there are a limited number of park and pitch spaces available.
